When you submit our contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to an engagement, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Hosting and processors
This website is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the service. Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox via an email delivery provider acting as our processor. We share data with no other third parties unless required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@rebrandedshpk.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
